Cancellation and Refund policy

  • All reservations must be paid for prior to arrivals; once you book online, you will receive an email notification and then you will be contacted with payment instructions.

 

  • You can make a change or cancel-refund up to 24.0 hours before your pickup time. Cancel this trip Change of plans? No problem! You may cancel this trip up to 24 hours before departure without any additional charges. Less than 24 hours? Contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.

 

  • If your flight canceled involuntarily within 24hrs. (without will or conscious control), or an emergency hospitalization (doctor note required), then call us immediately, otherwise within 24hrs.

 

  • Cancellation will be charge in full or partial. If you booked multiple Transfers and didn’t show-up at the first transfers, then first transfer will be charge in full 100% and the rest of the transfer assumed to be canceled automatically, and refund will be given an accordingly.
  • We kindly inform you that the refund payments made by credit card might take approximately 15 days.

 

  • We kindly ask customers to please be ready 15 minutes prior to their scheduled pickup time in order to receive our services. We apologize in advance, but we cannot be held responsible or accept any complaints if customers are not present at the confirmed pickup location and time. However, this policy does not apply to airport arrivals, as we monitor flight times and adjust our services accordingly. We kindly suggest that customers keep their cellphones active upon arrival, and take advantage of any free airport wifi in order to get in contact with the driver. If any issues arise, customers may also go to the Flight Information Counter for assistance. We understand that the driver may occasionally be a few minutes late due to parking difficulties at the airport.

 

  • If your trip or flight got cancelled due the COVID-19 we will have free cancellation, please email us to info@costaricapremiertours.com and we will email the cancellation email and refund your money.
